Téma diplomové práce Činnost Policie České republiky v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému při ochraně obyvatelstva před mimořádnými událostmi jsem si vybral z důvodu zvyšujícího se výskytu mimořádných událostí a krizových situací nejen na území České republiky ale i na celé naší planetě. Problém zvyšujícího se výskytu hrozeb teroristických útoků nebo přírodních katastrof dopadá i na největší ozbrojený bezpečnostní sbor Policii České republiky, která je garantem ochrany veřejného pořádku a vnitřní bezpečnost našeho státu. Policisté zařazení v různých složkách se specifickým zaměřením, stále častěji provádějí služební zákroky a úkony v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému. Příslušníci všech složek Integrovaného záchranného systému, při plnění svých úkolů, riskují svůj život a zdraví na úkor ochrany života, zdraví a majetku obyvatel na území České republiky ale i na mezinárodní úrovni, na což by se v naší společnosti nemělo zapomínat. |

I had chosen as the theme of my diploma Activity police of the Czech republic in the framework Joint rescue service at protection of the population before extraordinary incidents the reason of my choice is the increasing occurrences of extraordinary events and emergency not only on the Czech area but in whole the world. The challenge of the increasing occurrences of the threats by terrorist attack or the natural disasters has impact also for the greatest armed security corps - that means - the Police of the Czech Republic, which is guarantee of the public order protection and the state internal security. The policemen registered into various branches with specific activities, they have more and more often to pursue crackdowns and operation in framework of the Joint rescue service. The members of the all units of the Joint rescue service risk life and limb during performance of their tasks at the expense of the protection of inhabitants life, healthy and property at the area of the Czech Republic but also on the international level, what would not be forgotten in our society. |
