dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je sumarizací aktuálních podmínek ovlivňujících získání zbrojní licence a zbrojního průkazu. V teoretické části je uvedeno základní rozdělení zbraní, dále práce pojednává o právní úpravě diskutované oblasti. V následující kapitole jsou shrnuty aktuální podmínky ovlivňující získání zbrojní licence a zbrojního průkazu. Zajímavým bodem diplomové práce je také bezpečné uchovávání zbraní. V praktické části diplomové práce je zkoumán aktuální stav v oblasti zbraní formou dotazníku. Výstupy z tohoto šetření jsou zpracovány v přehledné grafické podobě. Práce je opatřena dostatkem obrazového materiálu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is a summarization of the actual conditions affecting the acquisition of firearms licence and gun licence. In the theoretical part are the basic distribution of weapons following the legislation of this area. The following chapter summarizes the aspects of obtaining an firearms license and gun license. An interesting point of this thesis is the safe storage of weapons. The practical part of this thesis is studied the current status of the weapons in the form of a questionnaire. The outputs from this survey are prepared in graphical form. Work is equipped with plenty of pictures.	en
