V této bakalářské práci je zpracováno téma posouzení problematy ISO 9001 a 14001 vzhledem k řízení v podmínkách společnosti SMO, a.s. V teoretické části je shrnutí o vývoji a vzniku managementu kvality, ISO norem, přínosů a požadavků na společnosti, které chtějí normy získat. V praktické části je popsán proces implementace systému, odůvodnění rozhodnutí proč zavést tento systém, analýza přípravné části pro postup zavedení a samotnou certifikaci ve firmě. Závěr mé práce je věnovaný přínosu zavedeného systému, jeho výhodám a zhodnocením jak se zaimplementoval do řízení společnosti SMO a.s. |
