Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice kvality lektorů profesní obrany v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice právních aspektů, mimo to popisuje vztah mezi sebeobranou a profesní obranou, charakterizuje taktiku zákroků pracovníků SBS, metodu obranných a ochranných zákroků a výuku profesní obrany. Dále se zabývá fyzickou ochranou v různých podmínkách PKB a přibližuje kvalifikaci instruktorů profesní obrany. V praktické části se nachází rozdělení výcviku pracovníků fyzické ochrany a popis technických prostředků využívaných v profesní obraně. Speciální část je zaměřena na techniky profesní obrany, které jsou zpracovány za pomocí obrazového materiálu. Součástí analýzy je také dotazníkové šetření se zaměřením na současný stav přípravy profesní obrany z hlediska úrovně lektorů. |

This thesis is concerned with quality of trainers of the professional defence in the Commercial Security Industry. Theoretical part is engaged with legal aspects matters and it describes the relationship between the self-defence and professional defence; it defines intervention tactics of the Private Security Service workmen, defence and protection interventions and professional defence training. Furthermore it describes a physical protection in various private security services conditions and it introduces a qualification of the professional defence training. In the practical part there is the physical protection workmen division and the description of the technical agents used in the professional defence. There is also a questionnaire research focused on a current status of the professional defence preparation from the point of view of the trainers' level as a part of the analysis. |
