dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížení teoretických poznatků z okruhu pracovní motivace, stimulace a uplatnění těchto poznatků v praxi. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé teorie pracovní motivace a motivační strategie, které analyzují příčiny pracovního chování a zdůrazňují význam motivace k dosažení vyšší efektivity práce. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První z nich je zaměřena na vymezení teoretických podkladů pro druhou část, která analyzuje motivační systém v podniku Hexpol Compouding s.r.o. a vytváří projekt návrhů a opatření na jeho zdokonalení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the master thesis is to draw near the theoretical knowledge from the field of work motivation, stimulation and use of this knowledge in practice. This thesis describes the individual theories of work motivation and motivational strategies which analyse the causes of work behaviour and stress the importace of motivation to achieve higher effecti-vity of work. The thesis is devided into two halves. The goal of the first one is to define theoretical data for the second one which analyses the motivational system in Hexpol Compounding s.r.o. and creates the project of steps and changes leading to improvement.	en
