Bakalářská práce hodnotí stav českého zdravotnictví a srovnává jej se zdravotnictvím Spo-jených států amerických a Spojeného království Velké Británie a Severního Irska. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, zdravotnické systémy, specifika ekonomi-ky zdravotnictví, problematika zachycení finančních toků ve zdravotnictví, metodologie výzkumu a statistické ukazatele ve zdravotnictví. V praktické části jsou pak porovnávány hodnoty vybraných ukazatelů v jednotlivých zemích. Tato srovnání umožňují posoudit přednosti a nedostatky zdravotnictví v analyzovaných zemích a na jejich základě jsou pak formulována doporučení pro Českou republiku. |

The Bachelor Thesis analyses the situation of the Czech health care and compares it with the ones of the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In the theoretical part are described the basic terms, health care systems, the specifics of health care economy, the issue of recording financial flows in health, the methodology of research and statistical indicators in health care. In the practical part are compared the values of selected indicators in specific countries. These comparisons enable an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the health care systems in the analyzed countries and on account of that are the recommendations for the Czech Republic formu-lated. |
