Cílem této práce je výběr a implementace vhodného podnikového informačního systému ve firmě EKOFILTR, spol. s r.o. vedoucího k posílení jeho konkurenčního postavení a zvýšení finanční výkonnosti. Teoretická část podrobněji vysvětluje postup zavádění podnikového informačního systému a jeho vliv na finanční řízení. V praktické části této práce je vhodným způsobem analyzován a popsán stávající informační systém, který firma EKOFILTR, spol. s r.o. využívá, její konkurenční postavení na trhu a v neposlední řadě je zde také vyjádřena vhodnými ukazateli stávající finanční výkonnost. Projektová část se orientuje na samotný proces implementace vybraného podnikového informačního systému včetně problémových okruhů. |

The goal of this paper work is to select and implement a business information system that would increase the competitive strength and financial efficiency of the firm EKOFILTR, Ltd. The theoretical part makes clear the process of implementing business information system and its influence on financial management. In the practical part of the master thesis, an existing information system, which use the firm EKOFILTR, Ltd. is analyzed and described in the appropriate manner, and in addition its competitive position on the market and the current financial performance with suitable indicators too. The practical part includes the process of implementation of the selected information system including the troubleshooting circuits. |
