dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se v souhrnu zabývá kalkulačními metodami a kalkulačním systém. Je rozdělena do dvou části. V teoretické části vymezuje pojmy náklady a kalkulace a popisuje základní členění nákladů. Zabývá se také charakteristikou jednotlivých kalkulačních metod a v neposlední řadě vymezením kalkulačního systému a jeho prvků. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na analýzu kalkulačního systému společnosti PWO UNITOOLS CZ, a.s V krátkosti se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti a dále se věnuje nákladům společnosti a jejich členění. Velká pozornost je pak věnována popisu kalkulační metody společnosti a její analýze. V závěru práce jsou poznatky z analýzy kalkulačního systému společnosti zhodnoceny a doplněny návrhy na zlepšení a doporučeními pro firmu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor paper deals in sum with costing methods and costing system. The paper is divided into two parts. In the first part names costs and costing are theoretically defined and the basic segmentation of costs is described. The theoretical part also deals with characterization of each one method of costing and last but not least defines costing system and its elements. The practical part focuses on analysis of costing system in the firm PWO UNITOOLS CZ, a.s It briefly deals with characterization of company and further on defines company costs and their segmentation. Substantial attention is then focused on describing company's costing method and its analysis. In the conclusion, the results of the analysis are evaluated and supplemented with some recommendations and improvement proposals for the company.	en
