dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice péče o zaměstnance v organizaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny všechny základní body, které do péče o zaměstnance patří. Praktická část je zaměřena na analyzování péče a sluţeb, které jsou poskytovány zaměstnancm Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. Tyto sluţby jsou následně porovnány s celorepublikovým stavem podle PayWell a Sodexho Pass studie. Ve finále jsou navrţena opatření vytvořená na základě dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci pracujícími v této nemocnici.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of care for employees in organization. In the theoretical part, all basic issues of care for employees are clarified. The practical part is focused on analysing of the care and services given to employees of Uherské Hradiště hos-pital a.s. Afterwards, these services are being compared with the situation in the Czech Republic as a whole, according to the study of PayWell and Sodexho Pass. Finally, the mesures created on the basis of questionaire investigation targeted on the employees wor-king in this hospital, are proposed.	en
