dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřená na vyvážení operačních časů u balící linky ve firmě Wistron. Teo-retická část vysvětluje a popisuje oblasti jako klasické a moderní průmyslové inženýrství, štíhlá výroba, teorie omezení, plýtvání, produktivita a některé metody, které se v průmyslo-vém inženýrství používají. Tyto poznatky jsou použity jako východisko pro následující postupy. Analytická část je rozdělena do tématických okruhů. Nejdříve jsou definována obecná východiska a provedena analýza současného stavu. Následující projektová část ob-sahuje způsob jak balící linku vyvážit a další metody, které pomáhají při organizovanosti pracoviště. K jejímu vypracování jsou využity teoretické poznatky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This project is aimed at balancing the operational times of packaging line in the company Wistron. Theoretic part explains and describes the areas as classical and modern industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, theory of constraints, waste, productivity and some meth-ods that are in industrial engineering used. The knowledge is used as resource for nest process. Analytical part is divided into thematic parts. At first are defined general resources and the analysis of the status quo. The following project part provide a method of packag-ing line balancing and other methods that help the organization work. To work out it theo-retic knowledge is used.	en
