Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukcí pláště pneumatiky pro sportovní účely. Práce popi-suje plášť pneumatiky jako součást kola motorového vozidla, typy konstrukce kostry pláště pneumatiky a vztahy nutné pro její výpočet, konstrukci plášťů pneumatik, forem na jejich výrobu a postup při výrobě. Součástí práce je studie současné situace na trhu s plášti pneu-matik pro osobní vozidla v úpravě M+S v České Republice, konstrukční řešení pláště pne-umatiky a formy na jeho výrobu včetně 3D modelů a výrobní výkresové dokumentace. |

The master thesis deals with design of a tyre for sporting purposes. A tyre is characterised as a part of a power-driven vehicle wheel. The thesis describes types of a tyre carcass de-sign and the necessary mathematical relations, design of a tyre and a mould for producing it and a manufacturing process. The thesis includes the study of the situation on Czech market of the passenger car tyres of the M+S specification, the solution of the tyre design and the mould for producing it and moreover the 3D models and the production drawing documentation. |
