Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou evidence faktur a dokladů v informačním systému SAP ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka a.s. po novelizaci DPH 1.1.2010, a dále řeší v tomto systému nastavení nových kódů slev pro jasné určení základu daně v jednotlivých případech poskytování slev. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. V první části dokumentu jsou zpracovány základní poznatky daňové teorie, obecně nastíněn daňový systém v České republice, a také jsou popsány základní rysy daně z přidané hodnoty. Druhá část obsahuje stručné představení firmy, analýzu změn v zákoně o dani z přidané hodnoty s účinností od 1.1.2010, ovlivňujících fungování společnosti a také návrh řešení výše zmíněných problémů. V závěru diplomové práce je provedeno její shrnutí. |

This thesis is concerned with the problems and issues relating to invoice-recording in the Česká zbrojovka a.s. (Joint-stock Co.) SAP information system after the amendments to the Law governing the Czech DPH (i.e. VAT) legislation as of 01.01.2010; furthermore, it resolves the setting and tagging of new discount codes in order to clearly identify the tax-base obligations resulting from the granting of individual graduated discounts on a case-by-case basis. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical. In the first part, basic observations and knowledge regarding taxation theories as well as an outline of the Czech Republic's tax system are set out, while it also describes the basic features of Value Added Tax from a Czech perspective. The second part contains a brief overview of, and introduction to, the enterprise and an analysis of the changes in the Law on Value Added Tax with effect from 01.01.2010, and which influence the internal reporting operations of this enterprise as well as suggestions designed to resolve the above-mentioned problems. The Conclusion provides a brief summary of all of the above issues. |
