dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je analýza motivace se zaměřením na odměňování ve společnosti ContiTech Vibration Control Slovakia s.r.o. Dolné Vestenice a vypracovaní návrhů pro zlepšení jejich současného systému motivace a odměňování. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní časti, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Jsou zde uvedeny pojmy, jako je motiv, stimul, pracovní motivace, dále se práce zabývá odměňováním a jeho formami, charakteristikou společnosti a nakonec samotnou analýzou systému motivace se zaměřením na odměňování s návrhem na zlepšení tohoto systému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is analysis of the motivation system with accent on rewarding in the company ContiTech Vibration Control Slovakia s.r.o. Dolné Vestenice and development of proposal to improve their current / existing/ motivation and rewarding system. The thesis is divided to two basics parts, the first part is theoretical and the second one is practical. Here is mentioned concepts like motive, stimulus, work motivation, further the thesis is dealing with rewarding and its forms, characteristics of company and in the end there is alone analysis of the motivation system with accent on rewarding with proposal to improve existing system.	en
