dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je globální pohled na účetní uzávěrku a závěrku. V teoretické části je popsán proces sestavování účetní uzávěrky a stanovení zůstatků účtů. Jsou zde uvedeny základní definice a pravidla. Následně jsou rozebrány přípravné práce a uzavírání účetních knih. V kapitole účetní závěrky jsou analyzovány jednotlivé výkazy - rozvaha, výkaz zisků a ztrát, cash flow. Praktická část je zaměřena na uzavírání účetního období, sestavení účetní závěrky na základě pravidel o účetnictví, stanovení výsledku hospodaření a jeho transformace na daň z příjmu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The target of bachelor study is to present a global overview of the Statement of finances and Statement of balances in the accounting entity. In the theoretical part is described the processes of the Statement of finances and Statement of balances. It specifies basic definitions and rules. This is followed by preparative work and the closing of the book of accounts. In the chapter about the Statement of balances, are analyzed the individual statements - balance sheet, statement of loss and profit, cash flow. The purpose of the practical part is to close the accounting period of the entity and to compile the Statement of balances with help of the accounting basis, the determination of profit and the transformation for the income tax.	en
