Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení vybraných těkavých organických látek, zejména BTEX (benzen, toluen, m, p, o- xyleny). Tyto látky mají toxické vlastnosti a nega-tivně ovlivňují atmosféru a lidské zdraví. K odběru vzorků vzduchu pro stanovení koncent-rací látek benzenu, toluenu a m, p, o-xylenů probíhalo ve městě Přerov ve dvou lokalitách a to v ulici Palackého a na benzínové čerpací stanici. Vzorky vzduchu byly odebírány na trubičky s aktivním uhlím (SKC 226-01), čerpadlem s membránou o průtoku 680ml/min, odběr probíhal cca 24 hodin. Poté byly vzorky extrahovány do 1ml sirouhlíku čistoty p.a. a analyzovány na plynovém chromatografu s FID detektorem. Koncentrace benzenu dosáhla maximální hodnoty 2,69 ug/m3, toluenu 6,61 ug/m3, m-xylenu 7,01 ug/m3, p-xylenu 6,63 ug/m3 a o-xylenu 4,29 ug/m3. Imisní limit pro benzen nebyl překročen. |

This thesis focused on the determination of selected volatile organic compounds, especially BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, m, p, o-xylenes). These substances have toxic properties that negatively affect the atmosphere and human health. The air sampling for determination of concentrations of benzene, toluene, m, p, o-xylene was carried out in the town Prerov in the regards to two sites at Palackého Street and a petrol station. Air Samples were collected on charcoal tubes (SKC 226-01) by membrane pump flow of 680ml/min, sampling was con-ducted for approximately 24 hours. Then the samples were extracted into 1 ml of carbon disulfide analytical grade and analyzed by gas chromatograph with an FID detector. Con-centration of benzene reached the maximum value of 2.69 ug/m3, 6.61 ug/m3 of toluene, m-xylene 7.01 ug/m3, p-xylene 6.63 ug/m3 and o-xylene 4.29 ug/m3. The Limit value for benzene was not exceeded. |
