Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování finanční analýzy společnosti Domácí potřeby D&K s.r.o. Finanční analýza je zpracována za roky 2006 - 2008, vyhodnocuje finanční situaci podniku a její vývoj, dále je zde navrženo řešení ke zlepšení dosavadního stavu. Práce je rozvrhnuta do dvou následujících částí. V teoretické části se vychází především z odborné literatury, je zde vysvětleno zaměření, předmět a úloha finanční analýzy. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost Domácí potřeby D&K s.r.o., dále pomocí výkazů a ukazatelů bude provedena finanční analýza. V závěru práce je shrnutí, interpretace zjištěných výsledků, navržení a doporučení ke zlepšení situace podniku. |

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is completing of the financial analysis of the D&K Domestic goods ltd. The financial analysis has been completed for the years 2006-2008, evaluating company's financial situation and its development, then, there is the proposed solution to improvement of the current state. The thesis has been split into two following parts. The theoretical part is based on the literature of facts, where the focus, subject and the role of the financial analysis has been explained. In the practical part, D&K has been characterized. With further support of statements and indicators, financial analysis will be completed. In the conclusion of the thesis is a summary, interpretation of found results, suggestions and recommendations how to improve the situation in the company. |
