Diplomová práce se věnuje organizaci poskytující dočasný azyl opuštěným, toulavým a pro týrání odebraným zvířatům - Útulku pro zvířata v nouzi Zlín - Vršava. Cílem práce je na-vržení komunikační strategie. Ještě před návrhem strategie byla zpracována teoretická část, která se opírá o dosažitelnou odbornou literaturu. Praktická část analyzuje dosavadní ko-munikaci, kterou Útulek pro zvířata v nouzi Zlín - Vršava využívá. Následuje výzkumná sonda, jež měla za cíl zjistit stávající povědomí zlínské veřejnosti o útulku a o jeho komu-nikaci. Návrhová část je postavena na základě odborné literatury, analýzy stávajících ko-munikací a výzkumné sondě. Je navržena komunikační strategie, která by měla zvýšit po-vědomí občanů Zlína a přilehlého okolí o útulku a tím také zajistit, aby si co nejvíce lidí bralo zvířata z útulku domů. |

This diploma thesis applies to an organization providing temporatory asylum to abandoned, runaway and due to cruelty taken away animals - Shelter for destitute animals in Zlin. The aim of the work is to project a communication strategy. Theoretical part is based on specia-lized publications and builds the grounds for the draft concept strategy. The practical part analyzes the current marketing communication of the shelter and is followed by a research probe, which was designed to identify existing public awareness of shelter and its commu-nication. The project part is based on the specialized literature, the analysis of existing communication and the research probe. This thesis proposes a communication strategy, which should increase the awareness about the shelter of the citizens of Zlin and its surroundings and therefore raise their interest to take one of the animals home with them. |
