V této diplomové práci se budu zabývat problematikou soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v zahraničí. V úvodu své práce specifikuji zkoumaný problém a vysvětluji historické souvislosti vzniku soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, analyzuji právní prostředí, ve kterém svoji činnost realizují soukromé bezpečnostní služby v České republice a soukromé bezpečnostní služby v rámci Evropského společenství. V závěru se zabývám aplikací zahraničních legislativních opatření do privátního sektoru v České republice a stanovuji vlastní návrhy a doporučení. |

In this thesis, I will address the issue of private security services abroad. In the introduction to this work I specify the researched problem and explain the historical context of Private Security Services, I will analyze the legal environment in which of the private security services in the Czech Republic and private security services within the European Community operate its business. In conclusion, I focus on applications of foreign legislative measures to the private sector in the Czech Republic and take our own suggestions and recommendations. |
