Diplomová práce hodnotí současný stav rozhodování ve výrobní firmě s cílem navrhnout systém podpory strategického rozhodování směrem ke zlepšení současného stavu rozhodování. V teoretické části jsou postupně zpracovány literární prameny, které se týkají témat: rozhodování, druhy a metody rozhodování, strategické rozhodování a jeho proces,strategické rozhodování v období rizika a nejistoty, moderní přístupy řízení. Praktická část se zabývá základními informacemi o společnosti, analyzuje současný systém rozhodování, který je nyní využívaný ve společnosti prostřednictvím dotazníku. Nástroje rozhodování ve společnosti ABC, a.s. jsou porovnány se dvěma konkurenty z oboru. Závěrem jsou formulovány náměty, jejichž realizace by mohla pomoci vylepšit současný stav systému rozhodování ve firmě. |

Diploma thesis evaluates the current state of decision making system in the manufacturing company with objective of designing a support mechanism for strategic decision making aiming towards improvement of its current state. Theoretical section of thesisconsecutively describes analyzed literature information: decision making, types and methods of decision making, strategic decision making and processes connected with it, strategic decision making under risk and uncertainty and modern approaches to management. The practical section deals with basic information about the company, analyzes the current system of decision making which is now used in the company through questionnaire survey. The decision making tools used within ABC Company are compared and contrasted with the tools used by the 2 other competitors active in the same area. Finally, suggestions are formulated such a way that their implementation can help improve the current state of decision making within the company. |
