V mé baklaářské práci se dozvíte, jak jsem se vypořádal s tématem "Optimalizce finančního majetku podniku prostřednictvím leasingu a ostatních forem financování". Posuzuji leasing s úvěrem. Popisuji, propočítávám a porovnávám, co je pro firmu lepší, zda-li leasing nebo úvěr. Rozhodnutí nemůže být jednoznačné, protože pro každou firmu je výhodnější jiná varianta, jak z časového, tak i z finančního hlediska. |
