Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vyhodnotit vliv plniva na vlastnosti kompozitů připravených z polymerní matrice Surlyn a práškového plniva, uhličitanu vápenatého. Byly studovány tři typy uhličitanů s různou velikostí částic. Plniva byla smíchána s polymerem v různých koncentracích. U připravených vzorků byla nejdříve sledována morfologie pomocí rentgenové difrakce a optické mikroskopie. Dále byl studován vliv plniva na mechanické vlastnosti připravených kompozitních materiálů. Z výsledků vyplývá, že množství a typ plniva ovlivňuje jak morfologii, tak vlastnosti kompozitů. Podle typu plniva dochází k různému stupni dispergace částic v kompozitu. Spektroskopicky a rentgenograficky lze identifikovat píky jednotlivých plniv. Plniva různými způsoby zvyšují pevnost v tahu, snižují E-modul a prodloužení při přetržení, zvyšují tvrdost. |

The aim of this thesis was to assess the influence of the filler on the properties of the composites prepared from Surlyn polymeric matrix and calcium carbonate filler. Three types of carbonates with different particle size were studied. The fillers were mixed with the polymer in different concentrations. Morphology of the prepared samples was first observed through X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy. Further the influence of the filler on mechanical properties of the prepared composites was studied. It follows from the results that the amount and type of the filler influences both morphology and properties of the composites. Depending on the filler type the degree of particles dispersion changes. Peaks of individual fillers can be identified by means of spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. The fillers increase in different ways the tensile strength, decrease E-module and strain at break and increase hardness. |
