Diplomová práce je zaměřená na vytvoření podnikatelského záměru společnosti JRK Waste Management s.r.o. V teoretické části se nachází celková literární rešerše, která je východis-kem pro praktickou část. Stěžejní část je praktická práce, kterou tvoří analýza stávajícího stavu procesů společnosti a navržení opatření vedoucí k zvýšení její výkonnosti. Výstupem praktické části práce je návrh projektu, který má za cíl změnu celkového řízení podnikatel-ské činnosti společnosti. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány přínosy předloženého projektu a verifikace správnosti tohoto řešení. |

Diploma thesis is oriented on the creation of entrepreneurial business plan of JRK Waste Management Ltd company. In theoretical part, there is a complete literary summary, which is a foundation for the practical part. Principal is the practical part of the work, which is comprised of the analysis of the current state of the company processes and proposal of the measures that lead to increase of the its efficiency. The outcome of the practical part is the project plan, which is aimed to a change of the entire management of the company. At the end of the thesis there are the contributions of the proposed plan and verifications of the suitability of this solution. |
