Bakalářská práce se zabývá v úvodu rozborem majetkové trestné činnosti, zejména jejich hlavními znaky a rozdělením. Vymezení pojmů příprava, pokus, pachatel a spolupachatel. Provedení analýzy přípravného řízení z pohledu trestního řádu a uvedení postupu orgánů činných v trestním řízení před zahájením trestního stíhání a po zahájení trestního stíhání v oblasti majetkové trestné činnosti. Aplikace a rozbor praktických příkladů, včetně vyhodnocení statistických údajů. |
