V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou právní ochrany klienta při poskytování zdravotní péče. Cílem je charakterizovat osobnostní práva ve zdravotnictví a zjistit, jaká je znalost těchto práv, do jaké míry jsou dodržována a využívána. Práce má dvě části - teore-tickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám tím, jaké postavení má pacient ve zdravotnictví, jaké jsou klíčové legislativní dokumenty a základní právní normy, které se věnují problematice ochrany práv ve zdravotnictví. Hlavní pozornost je v této části upřena na představení nejvýznamnějších práv pacienta. Praktická část je zaměřena na ověření zna-lostí práv občanů ve zdravotnictví a jejich dodržování v praxi pomocí dotazníkového šetře-ní u pacientů dvou nemocničních zařízení v Přerově a v Prostějově. Pro tento výzkum jsem si stanovil čtyři cíle a čtyři hypotézy. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení výzkumu a dopo-ručení s opatřeními, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení znalosti práv ve zdravotnictví. |

In my bachelor thesis I deal issue of rights protection in health care delivery. The aim of this document is to define individual rights in the health care system as well as to investi-gate general knowledge of these rights within public and whether and how they are ap-plied. The work has two parts ? theoretic and practical part. In the theoretical part I deal with status of patient in health care, what are the key legislative documents and basic legal norms which address issues of protection of rights in health care. The main attention in this part of the presentation focused on the most important patient's rights. The practical part is focused on verifying the knowledge of citizen's rights in health care and their observation in real life through a questionnaire survey among patients of two hospitals in Prerov and Prostejov. For this research I have identified four goals and four hypotheses. The conc-lusion includes an assessment of research and recommendations with measures that would increase knowledge of the rights in health care. |
