dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením optimalizace vnitropodnikových logistických cest ve firmě AVL s.r.o. Cílem práce je zejména zkrácení času, který materiál stráví uvnitř podniku. V teoretické části budu zpracovávat literární rešerši, na jejímž konci shrnu teoretická východiska pro analytickou a projektovou část práce. V analytické části představím společnost, ve které jsem diplomovou práci zpracovávala, popíši podnikové procesy a na základě zmapování současného stavu uvedu zjištěné druhy plýtvání. V projektové části navrhnu a propracuji opatření, která povedou k optimalizaci vnitropodnikových logistických cest.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of internal logistic ways in the AVL Ltd. Its main aim is to reduce the time that material spends in the firm. The theoretical part deals with the processing of literature search and in the end of this part it will be summarized the theoretical basis for analysis and project. In practical part the company will be characterized and Processes will be described. Afterwards will be executed an analysis of current state by value stream mapping. In the project part will be suggested a proposal on possible solution of the optimization of internal logistic ways.	en
