dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů jednotlivých činností prováděných v rámci exekučních řízení ve společnosti Exekutorský úřad. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá rešerší literárních zdrojů rozdělené do tří základních kapitol. První kapitola zpracovává literární poznatky z oblasti teorie řízení nákladů. Tato kapitola obsahuje teoretické znalosti týkající se jednotlivých druhů účetních systémů a jejich rozdílného pohledu na řízení nákladů. Následuje klasifikace nákladů a poslední část první kapitoly se zabývá stručným popisem nákladových kalkulací. Další kapitola je výňatkem právních předpisů, kterými se řídí soudní exekutoři při provádění výkonu exekuce jak po stránce procesní, tak po stránce faktické. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části zahrnuje kusý popis metody Activity Based Costing (dále jen ABC). Praktická část bakalářské práce přináší informace o Exekutorském úřadu. Úvodní kapitola seznamuje s profilem Exekutorského úřadu. Přiblížení činnosti soudního exekutora a zejména popis jednotlivých kroků exekuce prováděných v rámci exekučního řízení Exekutorským úřadem tvoří druhou kapitolu. Poslední kapitola praktické části se věnuje samotné procesní nákladové analýze pomocí metody ABC.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis analyzes the costs of various activities carried out in enforcement proceedings in the Office of Executors. The theoretical part of this work deals with the literary sources, that are divided into three main chapters. The first chapter processes the literary knowledge of the theory of cost management. This chapter contains the theoretical knowledge of various types of accounting systems and their different point of view on cost management. The following is the cost classification and the last part of the first chapter deals with a description of cost calculation. The next chapter is an excerpt of the legislation regulating the judicial executors in the enforcement of seizure. The final chapter of the theoretical part includes description of Activity Based Costing method (the ABC). The practical part of the paper provides an overview of the Office of Executors. The introductory chapter introduces profile of the Executor's office. The second chapter forms an approach of the judicial executor action and especially description of the steps implemented in the execution proceedings. The last chapter of the practical part deals with the cost analysis using the ABC method.	en
