Předmětem této diplomové práce je optimalizace výrobního procesu za podpory Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky v oblastech inovace, fondy Evropské unie a další související teorii. Praktická část aplikuje teoretické poznatky z první části na konkrétní problémy ve společnosti TOP Moravia s.r.o., konkrétně v její dceřiné společnosti TPT Coating s.r.o. Struktura druhé části práce odpovídá standardu reálné žádosti o dotace z Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace. |
