Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Právní regulace v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů elektrické ener-gie? je analýza právní regulace a využívání sluneční energie v ČR. První část je zaměřena jednak na legislativu na úrovni práva mezinárodního, evropského a vnitrostátního, která je spojena s problematikou alternativních zdrojů, a jednak na popis jednotlivých alternativních zdrojů s upozorněním na jejich výhody a nevýhody. V praktické části je provedena analýza právní regulace a využívání sluneční energie v ČR. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda je míra podpory obnovitelných zdrojů dostačující či nikoliv. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis "Legal regulation in the area of renewable resources of electric energy" is an analysis of legal regulation and use of solar energy in the Czech Repub-lic. The first part is on one side focused on legislation connected with the question of alterna-tive resources on the international, European and national level and on the other side focused on description of each of the alternative resources with concentration on their advantages and disadvantages. In the practical part, the analysis of legal regulation and use of solar energy in the Czech Republic is performed. The aim of this text is to find out, whether the extent of support of renewable resources is sufficient or not. |
