dc.description.abstract	Cílem teoretické části této bakalářské práce je analyzovat literární zdroje z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, motivace a starostlivosti o zaměstnance. V praktické části je představena a analyzována společnost Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice, a.s., která je pak předmětem dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na spokojenost zaměstnan-ců. V závěru praktické části jsem vypracovala doporučení, která by mohla vést k zlepšení za-městnanecké politiky podniku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	An objective of the theoretical part of this bachelor research study is to analyze literature resources related to human resources management including the area of motivational prac-tices and employees' care. Practical part of this research study is dedicated to description and analysis of an organiza-tion Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice, a.s. The actual data collection process through question-naires was conducted in this organization with a main goal to investigate the satisfaction of employees with their working environment. In the end of the practical part of this research study, the recommendations, which may potentially lead to higher employees' satisfaction, are stated.	en
