dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem motivace pracovníků ve výrobě divize 3 - Plasty ve společnosti PLOMA, a.s. V teoretické části jsou rozpracovány literární prameny k tématu motivace, hmotná a nehmotná stimulace, zásady motivování a motivační program. Praktická část zahrnuje nejprve základní údaje o společnosti jako je historie, strategie či finanční situace společnosti. Dále je uvedena podstata kolektivní smlouvy a systém hodnocení pracovníků divize. Závěrem jsou zpracovány údaje z dotazníkového šetření a následné doporučení k zlepšení současného stavu motivace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work deals with system of motivation in a production division 3 - plastics in Ploma Inc. Literacy sources for a dilemma of motivation, corporeal and incorporeal stimulation, basics of motivation and program of motivation are described in theoretical part. Practical part presents elementary company information as history, strategy, financial situation of the company, followed by issues of the collective agreement and the division's evaluation system. A conclusion is based on questionnaire research and recommendation for improvement of the present situation in motivation matters.	en
