dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zásob ve firmě PARTR spol. s r. o. Tento podnik vykupuje, zpracovává a prodává ocelový odpad a barevné kovy. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na teoretické poznatky z oblasti zásob, skladování a řízení. V praktické části jsem se věnovala členění zásob ve společnosti, činnostmi zásobování a způsobu řízení zásob odpadového materiálu. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout možná opatření pro zlepšení hospodaření vybraných zásob společnosti. Jako možné řešení jsem využila metodu ABC, která člení zásoby podniku podle jejich důležitosti do tří skupin.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is concerned with problems of steel reserves in the company PARTR Ltd. This company buys up,processes and sells steel waste and non-ferrous metals. In the theoretical part I focused on theoretic information which refer to reserves, stock and management. In the analytic part I paid attention to division of supplies in the company, tasks of particular activities in supplying goods and method of managing waste reserves. The aim of this thesis was proposing measures which would lead to improvement in waste storage management in the company. As a result I exploited the method ABC, which divides reserves accordance with their importance into three groups.	en
