Cílem diplomové práce bude na základě analýzy současného stavu v podniku, rozboru platné legislativy, zpracované havarijní dokumentace podniku a zhodnocení modelových situací simulujících únik nebezpečných chemických látek analyzovat rizika a navrhnout účinná opatření pro eliminaci nebo snížení rizika havárie pro podnik MJM Litovel a.s. Podnik je hlavním distributorem hnojiv, postřiků a krmiv pro zemědělské účely na Moravě. Dále se zabývá zpracováním a distribucí močoviny, obchodováním s pohonnými hmotami a dalšími agroslužbami pro zemědělská družstva a soukromníky. V praktické části bude provedena analýza rizika a následně budou zhodnoceny všechny možnosti a navrženy opatření pro eliminaci nebo snížení rizika havárie. Dále bude využit program TerEx, Aloha pro simulaci úniku nebezpečné chemické látky. |

The objective of this diploma thesis will be to analyse the risks and suggest effective measures to eliminate or decrease the risk of disaster of the company MJM Litovel a.s. based on the analysis of the current situation of the company, study of the valid legislation, processed emergency documentation and evaluation of model situations simulating a leak of dangerous chemical substances. This company is a main distributor of fertilizers, insecticids and feeds for agricultural purposes in Moravia. Besides that it deals with processing and distribution of urea, trading with fuel and other agro services for agricultural associations and self-employers. The risk analysis will be made in the practical part and subsequently all the possibilities will be evaluated and measures will be suggested to eliminate or decrease the hazard of a disaster. Further a model situation of dangerous chemical substances leakage will be simulated using software TerEx and Aloha. |
