dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti XY pomocí finanční analýzy. Cílem této práce je analyzovat danou společnost a navrhnout moţná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a na ni navazující praktické. V první části je zpracována literární rešerţe, která se zaměřuje na hlavní teoretické poznatky a metody finanční analýzy, snaţí se postihnout její podstatu. Ve druhé části je představena společnost XY, následuje provedení samotné analýzy za období let 2007-2010 a jsou popsány zjištěné skutečnosti. Na závěr jsou uvedeny doporučení do budoucna.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on evaluation of the XY company performance through the financial analysis. The aim of this work is to analyse the appropriate company and to suggest possible measures leading to improve the current situation. It consists of two parts, theoretical and continuing practical one. The first part deals with the literary glossary topic that focuses on major theoretical knowledge and methods of the financial analysis, trying to capture its essence. In the second part there is introduced the XY company, followed by the implementation of the analysis for the period 2007-2010 and description of the findings. In conclusion there are given recommendations for the future.	en
