Diplomová práce se dělí na dvě základní části. V první teoretické části vymezuje legislativní rámec bezpečnostního posouzení a zhodnocuje jeho současné postavení v problematice návrhu poplachových zabezpečovacích a tísňových systémů a taktéž představuje jednotlivé analytické a prognostické metody, přičemž stanovuje jejich využitelnost v dílčích činnostech bezpečnostního posouzení. Ve druhé praktické části je proveden návrh typových objektů, které jsou následně podrobeny analýze rizik a posouzení vlivů na ně působících. V praktické části je dále zpracován návrh metodiky bezpečnostního posouzení, který představuje stěžejní výstup práce. V závěru je provedena aplikace navržené metodiky pro vybraný objekt, konkrétně Městský úřad v Luhačovicích. |

The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part it defines the legislative options and reviewing the security assesment of its current position in the proposal issues of Intruder and Hold Up Alarm Systems and it also presents the various analytical and forecasting methods, determining their usefulness in individual activities of the security assessment. In the second practical part is performed concept of typical buildings, which are then undergone to risk analysis and assessment of influences which affect them. The practical part also proposed a concept of methodology for the security assessment, a key output of work. At the end, it is done an application of the proposed methodology for the selected object, namely the building of Town hall in Luhačovice. |
