Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard pro firmu Kredit, spol. s r. o. V teoretické části práce jsou nejdříve popsány nejdůležitější poznatky z oblasti měření výkonnosti podniku. Dále následuje podrobný rozbor metody Balanced Scorecard. V praktické části je nejdříve představena společnost Kredit, spol. s r. o., následně jsou zpracovány analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti doplněné o hodnocení firmy na základě ukazatele EVA. Dále je navržen samotný projekt implementace Balanced Scorecard do společnosti. V závěru práce jsou identifikovány přínosy a rizika implementace pro společnost. |

The aim of this master thesis is to create a project of Balanced Scorecard implementation for the company Kredit, spol. s r. o. The theoretical part includes main knowledge of company performance measurement. Main attention of the theoretical part is focused on the concept Balanced Scorecard. In the practical part is first introduced the company Kredit, spol. s r. o., followed by the analysis of external and internal environment of the company including the evaluation based on EVA. Main attention of the practical part is focused on the creating a project of Balanced Scorecard implementation for the company. Finally, there are identified the benefits and the risks of implementation for the company. |
