dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti DeCe Consult, s.r.o. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické poznatky z oblasti motivace, odměňování a spokojenosti zaměstnanců a poté stanovit teoretická východiska pro zpracování části praktické. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti DeCe Consult, s.r.o. Pro tuto analýzu je využito dotazníkového šetření a osobních interview se zaměstnanci společnosti. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou také návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení současné spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti DeCe Consult, s.r.o.	cs
