dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o analýzách a možných řešeních v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva před povodněmi a / nebo únikem nebezpečných látek z farmy AGRO Březová s.r.o. V praktické části práce je popsán a zhodnocen současný stav povodňového plánu obce a dále havarijní plány farmy AGRO Březová s.r.o. a havarijní plán sběrného dvora obce Březová. Na základě tohoto jsou navržena nová řešení a aktualizované dokumenty a u sběrného dvora je vytvořen zcela nový havarijní plán. V další části práce je proveden laboratorní pokus úniku nebezpečné látky za pomoci softwaru RISKAN a TerEx. Následně jsou popsána opatření v případě ohrožení povodní v obci a navrženo nejvhodnější řešení. Cílem je tedy provedení analýz v jednotlivých oblastech a návrh na opatření a řešení, které zajistí ochranu obyvatelstva v obci Březová	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the analysis of possible solutions in the field of protection of inhabitants against floods and / or leakage of dangerous substances from the farm AGRO Březová Ltd. In the practical part, the present condition of flood plan of the village, next the emergency plan of the farm AGRO Březová Ltd. and the emergency plan of collection waste yard are described and reviewed. On the basis of this review new solutions and revised documents are proposed and the collection waste yard draws a brand new emergency plan. In the next part of the thesis a laboratory test of the leakage of dangerous substance is done with the use of RISKAN and TerEx software. Consequently, precautions in the case of threatening the village with floods are described and the most suitable solution is proposed. The aim then is making the analysis in single fields and suggesting the precautions and solutions that would secure the protection of inhabitants in village Březová.	en
