dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení efektivnosti a výkonnosti pracovní síly ve firmě Albert. V teoretické části uvádím veškeré informace o způsobech, metodách a cílech hodnocení pracovníků. Část je také věnována produktivitě práce, která je s výkony pracovníků v úzké vazbě. Všechny tyto informace slouží jako důležitý podklad pro zpracování praktické části. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost Albert. Dále následuje hodnocení pracovníků. Další část je věnována analýze pracovní doby, zastupitelnosti a zařízením, která mají vliv na produktivitu práce. Na závěr je pak zhodnocena celková produktivita práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor dissertation deals with the evaluation of efficiency and performance of workforce at the Albert company. In the theoretical part I list all the information related to the methods, ways and objectives of evaluating the employees. Part of the dessertation also deals with labor productivity, which is closely related to the employees' performance. All this information serves as an important starting point for the practical part. The practical part opens with an introduction of the Albert company. This is followed by evaluation of the workers. The following part attempts to analyze the working hours, the substitutability and the equipment that affects the performance. In conclusion, I have assessed the overall performance.	en
