Cílem této práce bylo přiblížení zásad a tvorby fondu kulturních a sociálních potřeb, detailní představení tvorby vnitřních předpisů v organizacích a dále pak stanovení forem čerpání prostředků z fondu. Analýza v této práci pojednává o porovnání nákladů pro potřebu tohoto fondu v rámci krajského ředitelství policie a jednoho územního odboru, tedy části krajského ředitelství. Výše nákladů samozřejmě závisí na potřebách a přáních zaměstnanců, kteří tyto prostředky z fondu čerpají. Doufám, že práce je přehledná a plná srozumitelných informací a splnila tak svůj účel. |

The aim of this study was to approach policy-making and fund cultural and social needs, make a detailed presentation of the internal organizational rules and then set modalities draw from the fund. The analysis in this work compares the costs of the fund in terms of regional headquarters and one regional police department, it means the part of regional headquarters. The amount of the costs of course depends on the needs and wishes of employees who draw money from the fund. I hope that the work is clear and full of understandable information and fulfilled its purpose. |
