Tato diplomová práce se zabývá testováním diferenciální evoluce s prvky deterministického chaosu a porovnáním s klasickou diferenciální evolucí. Teoretická část obsahuje popis a princip diferenciální evoluce, seznámení s chaotickou diferenciální evolucí a základy deterministického chaosu. Zakončena je informacemi o testovacích funkcích, způsobu vyhodnocování a softwaru Mathematica. Praktická část obsahuje mnoţství simulací, jejichţ účelem je porovnat klasickou diferenciální evoluci s diferenciální evolucí, která vyuţívá chaotických systémů. V závěru práce je uvedeno shrnutí, ze kterého jednoznačně vyplývá vliv volby chaotického systému na kvalitu výsledků. |

This thesis deals with testing of differential evolution with elements of deterministic chaos and its comparison with classical differential evolution. The theoretical part contains a description of the principles of differential evolution, an introduction to chaotic differential evolution, and the basics of deterministic chaos. It concludes with information about test functions, evaluation methods, and Mathematica software. The practical part contains many simulations whose purpose is to compare classical differential evolution with differential evolution which uses chaotic systems. The conclusion of this thesis contains a summary which clarifies the influence of choice chaotic system on the quality of results. |
