dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství, metody 5S, do podniku Tajmac-ZPS, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na tři samostatné části. V teoretické části je vysvětlen význam jednotlivých 5S a způsob jejich implementace do podniku. Jsou zde uvedeny také přínosy, které daná metoda přináší, a s jakými typy od-poru ze strany pracovníků se může management při implementaci setkat. Analytická část je zaměřena na představení vybrané společnosti a současného stavu na zvo-leném pracovišti. V projektové části je popsána implementace metody 5S na pracoviště včetně fotografické dokumentace. V závěru projektové části je provedeno zhodnocení situace a návrh projektu pro zavedení metody 5S na další pracoviště.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Diploma thesis is concerned with the implementation of the Industrial engineering selected method 5S in the company TAJMAC-ZPS. The Diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. In the theoretical part the importance of particular 5S ? elements and their implementation in the company are explained. There are also mentioned the benefits of the 5S method and the staff protests' examples which may arise during the implementation. The analytic part focuses on the presentation of chosen company and the present state of specific workplace. In the project part the 5S method implementation is described including the photographic documentation. In the conclusion of the project part the situation evaluation is done and the project proposal for 5S method implementation in other workplaces is given.	en
