dc.description.abstract	Tato problematika se zabývá, jakým způsobem lze vypracovat pracovní manuál pro manažery průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti pro výkon bezpečnostní expertizy objektu, která se skládá ze třech základních bodů bezpečnostní analýza, návrh řešení, bezpečnostní projekt. Teoretická část se zabývá taktickým plánováním východisek a vyhledáním správného postupu pro zamezení možných hrozeb v objektu a také je zde popsána syntéza problému a možné chyby navrhovaného postupu. Praktická část obsahuje ukázku bezpečnostní expertizy v reálném případě a také způsob zajištění z technické stránky s využitím informační technologie.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This issue deals with the implementation of manual work for the commercial security industry executives for its security expertise building. Security expertise is comprised of three basic points, security analysis, solution design and security projects. The theoretical part deals with tactical planning and finding the correct starting procedure for the prevention of potential threats in the area and also describes the synthesis of the problem and possible mistaken in the proposed procedure. The practical part includes an example of security expertise in the real case and a way of ensuring the technical aspects of using information technology.	en
