dc.description.abstract	Dnešní doba je charakteristická globalizací trhů a překonáváním jejich ochranných bariér. Má diplomová práce se zabývá právě touto tématikou. Cílem práce je zhodnocení reálné moţnosti vstupu společnosti Bytcentrum v.o.s. právě na rakouský trh. Teoretická část vychází z poznatků, které jsou získané z dostupných literárních i interneto-vých zdrojů. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy, které se týkají vstupu na zahraniční trh. V praktické části je pak představena samotná společnost Bytcentrum v.o.s. a je provedena SWOT analýza a Porterův model konkurenčních sil. Dále se zkoumá pomocí PEST analý-zy rakouský trh a identifikuje se konkurence. Nakonec jsou ze získaných výsledků prove-dených analýz navrţeny alternativy projektu vstupu společnosti Bytcentrum v.o.s. na ra-kouský trh, které jsou následně podrobeny rizikové a nákladové analýze.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Today?s time is characteristic by globalisation of markets and overcoming their protective barriers. This master thesis deals exactly with this subject matter. The aim is to evaluate the real possibility of Bytcentrum to enter Austrian market. Theoretical part is coming from knowledge, which has been gained from available literal and internet sources. Hereby are defined the fundamental terms, which are related to inter-national market. In practical part the company Bytcentrum is introduced and the SWOT analysis and Porter?s model of five competitive forces performed. Further the Austrian market is analysed through the PEST analysis and competition is identified. In the end, based on the results of performed analysis, the alternatives for project of entry of company Bytcentrum to the Austrian market were proposed. These were subject to risk and cost analysis.	en
