Tato diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou kupní smlouvy o převodu nemovitostí, její právní úpravou a možných rizicích na straně prodávajícího a kupujícího. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, úpra-va kupní smlouvy, nemovitostí, vlastnictví a některé zákony související s nemovitostmi a jejich převodem kupní smlouvou. V praktické části jsou vymezena nejčastější rizika na straně prodávajícího a kupujícího, kupní smlouva a její rozbor. Cílem této práce je podat celistvý náhled na úpravu kupní smlouvy o převodu nemovitostí, její možná rizika pro pro-dávajícího a kupujícího, a zhodnotit postupy při úplatných převodech nemovitostí. |

This diploma thesis deals with legal regulation of the purchase agreement on transfer of property, its regulation and potential risks to the seller and buyer. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are given the basic terms, purchase agreement, real estate, property and certain laws. The practical part is frequently identified risk to the seller and the buyer, analysis of purchase agreement. The aim of this work is provide a coherent view of presentation of the purchase agreement on transfer of properte, the potential risks to seller and bueyr, and assess the procedures for fee-based gear-breathing real estate. |
