dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o návrhu informačního systému pro složky záchranného a bezpečnostního systému města Zlína resp. Zlínského kraje. Je zde popsán a zhodnocen současný stav IZS a navrhnuta doporučení jednotlivým složkám IZS na území kraje. V další části práce je pro-veden návrh informačního systému pro složky IZS včetně možností monitorování havarij-ních stavů a vyrozumívání obyvatelstva o vzniklé mimořádné události. Cílem je tedy prove-dení stručné analýzy a návrhu informačního systému, který urychlí komunikaci mezi účast-níky IZS. Návrh uvedeného systému musí respektovat zákony a nařízení vlády České repub-liky jak po stránce technického vybavení, tak i napojených účastníků a jejich struktury.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with a design of an information system for representatives of emergency and rescue organizations of Zlín and its region. It describes and evaluates the contemporary state of the JRS (Joint Rescue Service) and suggests recommendations for each unit of the JRS about the possibilities of monitoring emergency conditions and conveying information about emergency situations to people. The main point of this work is to make a short analy-sis and design of an information system that will make communication between JRS's units quicker. This system has to be in accordance with the guidelines and law of the Czech Re-public with regards to the technical equipment as well as the involved personnel and their structure.	en
