Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis kontaminantů z obalových materiálů v potravinářství. V práci jsou popsány obalové materiály (polyetylen, polypropylen, polyvinylchlorid, papír, sklo a kovy), jejich vlastnosti, použití v obalové technice a možnost uvolňování kontaminantů (změkčovadla, ionty prvků, těžké kovy, organické látky) a zdra-votní účinek uvolněných kontaminantů na lidské zdraví. |
