Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením Regionální rady regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava v letech 2007 ? 2009. Cílem práce je provést analýzu rozpočtu Regionální rady a zhodnotit její hospodaření. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy a souvislosti týkající se vzniku regionálních rad, jejich činnosti a hospodaření. Praktická část blíže charakterizuje Regionální radu regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava. V návaznosti na teoretickou část provádí analýzu příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu, dále zkoumá vývoj v uvedeném období a nakonec uvádí některé ukazatele finanční analýzy. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the management of the Regional council Central Moravian cohesion region between the years 2007 and 2009. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the regional council?s budget and assess its economic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and relationships relating to the establishment of the regional councils, their activities and management. The practical part describes the Regional council Central Moravian cohesion region more closely. Following the theoretical part, it analyses budget revenues and expenses, further-more it investigates the development in that period, and finally it provides some financial analysis indicators. |
