dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství ve společnosti KASKO, s.r.o. Jedná se o metody SMED a 5S. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části práce je provedena literární rešerše z oblasti průmyslového inženýrství a uvedena východiska pro část praktickou. Praktická část obsahuje charakteris-tiku podniku, analýzu materiálového toku vybrané skupiny výrobků dle objemu tržeb a aplikaci vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé prvky projektu implementace těchto metod. Na základě výsledků analýzy je vytvořen návrh pro-jektu implementace. Na závěr jsou uvedeny doporučení a možnosti zlepšení výrobního procesu a možného dalšího rozpracování diplomové práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the application of selected methods of industrial engineering at Kasko, Ltd. It is a method of SMED and 5S. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is carried out a literature review of industrial engineering and set the basis for the practical part. The practical part contains characteristics company, mate-rial flow analysis of selected groups of products according to sales volume and theappli-cation of selected methods of industrial engineering, which describes all elementsof the project implementation of these methods. Based on the results of the analysisdeveloped a proposal for the project's implementation. Finally the recommendations and options for improving the manufacturing process and the potential for furtherdevelopment of the thesis.	en
