Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou investičních projektů na úrovni obcí. Cílem práce je navrhnout způsob financování konkrétní investiční akce města Zábřeh. Teoretická část obsahuje především stěžejní pojmy související s obcemi, problematiku finančního řízení obcí a typologii dotací, které jsou určeny obcím. Praktická část je zaměřena na posouzení finanční stránky města Zábřeh, a také na projekt, pro který je potřeba nalézt vhodný zdroj financování. Poslední část diplomové práce patří závěrům a doporučením. |

This thesis deals with investment projects at the municipal level. The aim of the thesis is to propose a financing method of specific investment project of town Zábřeh. The theoretical part consists mainly of key concepts, which are associated with municipalities, issues of municipality financial management and typology of grants, which are intended for municipalities. Practical part focuses on assessing the financial side of town Zábřeh. Moreover, it concerns project for which it is necessary to find a suitable source of financing. Finally, the last part of thesis includes conclusions and recommendations. |
