dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se chci zaměřit na oblast nákupních procesů v obchodní společnosti MPL Trading spol. s r.o. s cílem navrhnout taková řešení, která umožní zvýšit konkurenceschopnost společnosti. V první části provedu literární rešerši o nákupních činnostech a řízení zásob. Ve druhé části tyto teoretické znalosti uplatním při analýze současných nákupních procesů a logistice zásob. Ve třetí části diplomové práce na základě teoretických znalostí, zanalyzovaného stavu činností mající vliv na konkurenceschopnost, navrhnu taková opatření, která pomohou společnosti MPL Trading spol. s r.o. Zlín ke zvýšení své konkurenceschopnosti na trhu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I am going to focus on the area of procurement processes of the MPL Trading Company Zlin Ltd. in order to propose solutions that will help increase the company's competitiveness. In the first part of the thesis I am going to do a literature search on the actions of purchase and the stock management. In the second part I am going to apply the theoretical knowledge to analyse the current procurement processes and the logistics inventory. In the third part of the thesis on the bases of the theoretical knowledge, analysed status of the activities affecting competitiveness, I am going to propose measures that will help the MPL Trading Company Zlin Ltd. to increase their market competitiveness.	en
